Refund Policies
EXCHANGE, RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Thank you for shopping at windeco.com.my We hope you love your purchase. However, when goods are faulty or wrongly described, you are welcome to choose between a refunds, exchange, or credit note, provided our return policy conditions are met.
Please note that Windeco does not entertain cancellations once an order is confirmed and paid. If an order is cancelled due to the unavailability of products or our inability to deliver the products within the agreed time frame.
All returns must be approved by from Windeco department before proceeding to the next step. All requisition of returns must be done within 7 days from the date of goods received.
Kindly ensure that all items are in their original packaging, unused, unassembled and with labels and all accessories intact. All products must be returned in good condition. Refund items that do not meet these criteria will not be entertained.
For all types of claims, please attach our original invoices and dispatch note together with your product(s).
WHAT IS THE RETURNS PROCESS?
Requisition of returns must submit to centuryct88@gmail.com or directly call us within seven (7) working days starting from the day the goods are delivered to you. You may return your order (or items) for any of the following reasons:
You received the wrong item in your package.
You received a defect item in your package.
And the general requirements for returns are as follows:
- You have proof of purchase (order ID and invoice number).
- The goods must be in new condition and returned in the original packaging along with all original accessories.
- The product must not have been used or installed.
- If delivery has taken place, the refund will exclude delivery charges paid. One exchange is allowed per purchase. The exchange product will not be eligible for further exchange or refund unless faulty.
DO I HAVE TO PAY FOR SHIPPING WHEN I RETURN MY PURCHASE?
We believe that in order to have the best possible online shopping experience, our customers should not have to pay for return shipping for faulty products on date of arrival. Our Windeco department will verify and assess the return reason.
We do our best to accept all returns. In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you. We reserve the right to reject any return, exchange, refund deemed unfit or unreasonable.
